How to create an account

1.Create a new account by clicking on Sign Up button.

2.Fill in all Required Information (indicated by a red *).

3.Click the submit button and your done. You will be taken to My Account page. A email will be sent to the email you provided with all your account information.

Changing Personal information

1.Login to your account.

2.Click on the tab to the left to select what information you wish to change. You may change your Contact Information, Shipping Address and Password.

Viewing your account details

1.Login to your account.

2.Click on the tab to the left to select what information you wish to view. You can view your Contact Information, Shipping Address, Change Password, Your Portfolio, Orders and Image Gallery.

What are print ready files- Print ready files refer to files created outside of our design studio and have met the individual specification for the type of product you wish to order. For example a business card you create using publisher and have saved as a high resolution pdf with all necessary bleeds. File format accepted are pdf, psd, ai, eps, jpg, tif and gif.

Uploading your print ready files

1.Login to your account.

2.Click on the Upload link at top of the page.

3.Click on the product type you wish to upload.

4.Click on the choose file button, browse your computer for the file to upload.

5.After finding the file click on choose.

6.Select the size or options and click on upload (depending on the file size and your internet speed this process may take a few minutes) and wait for confirmation.

7.Click on the check out button and proceed with your order.

Designing your item using our templates- View video

1.Select the tab for the product you wish to design.

2.Click on any of the templates displayed or click on the ?view more templates? link.

3.Wait until designer studio has completely loaded.

4.You can modify the template on the screen or our database using the ?Search Our Templates Database? search box or view results by category.

5.Type in any keywords that match what your looking for and click ?search? button

6.Results of the search will be displayed on the display pane.

7.You can click on any of the templates or use the arrow keys to view other results from your search.

8.Select the template that best matches your criteria and click on it to modify in the design studio.
